Warehouse Coordinator

• Have materials and product prepared for Installers morning departure
  
• Provide job assistance to Installers or Service Technician as directed by Service & Warehouse Manager
  
• Assist with the receiving of all deliveries to the warehouse
  
• Maintain all inventories in an organized fashion throughout the warehouse
  
• Perform House Lot Closing service
  
• Maintain a clean, safe & organized warehouse building and service area including all housekeeping aspects
  
• Deliver product as required
  
• Assist with customer pick ups
  
• Participate in training sessions and Health and Safety meetings
  
• Perform seasonal yard maintenance including snow removal from entrances and trucks
  
• Perform any other tasks as assigned or required
  

• Financial: accuracy on shipping and receiving documentation
  
• Customer Focus: customer satisfaction score year over year
  
• Installation Job Prep: consistent product and material support for installers  

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in construction, building trades or similar industry that has a service focus
  
• Previous experience in service, warehousing or logistics preferred
  
• Post-secondary education in construction, building or business is an asset
  
• Proven time management and organizational skills required
  
• Computer literacy required, including QuickBooks, Microsoft applications and CRM tools
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills & communication skills, including verbal and written required
  
• Proven effective problem solving & conflict resolution skills required
